I want afree scholarship to study abroad in US how can ido that?

i am an egyptian lecturer in the medical research institute alexandria university egypt i would like to make my master , phD , study pharmacy, medical chemistry, pathology and biochemistry as a scholarship abroad this was the dream of my life as a graduated in the faculty of science Alexandria university in may2008
