I really feel like hurting myself and there's no one I can talk to.?

I don't lve in the US, I live in South America, we don't have 1-800 suicide hotlines and I can't call out of state. I need to talk to someone right now. My mom is out drinking and my dad doesn't live here I'm really freaking out. Where can I find someone to talk?
