Can someone list things i can do to my NA rb25de to gain as much power as possible?

i cant drive a turbo cus of insurance and stuff for a p-plater..i wanna get as much power as possible out of my non-turbo r33 skyline. Can anyone list wat i can do and around how much it would cost? thanks guys
