How to livin up my life?

I've been seeing this guy for about 2 months. everything is great, apparently except for out life. I'm very shy, i'm not good at voiceing what i want & what I like, espcially when we're in bed. We love & some other stuff. But he tells me the other day that i'm boring in bed in the respect that i dont talk dirty & stuff. He is very, very vocal. I think he hoped that it would make me break out of my shell, but all it did was make me really uncomfortable now in bed. I love , I adore this guy, I hate being SHY!! help??
