How do i get out of my financed jeep?

got the jeep in march and since the day i walkedoff the lot i have had problem after problem any mechanic know wht i cld do here? i got a warranty that might cover some repairs like its starting to shake now and windows/locks on driver side are stuck ons stopd working a/c works whn driving ONLY and the check engine light keeps coming on....does anyone have suggestios on getting out of a financed card?
