Buying Airfare for a Large Group;15?

I am trying to find tickets to Orlando from Boston in April of '09 and they are quite expensive. There is 15 of us going and I want to know if there is a way to negotiate with the airlines for cheap rates since there is such a large group? If anyone knows of any specific airline that would be helpful too. Thanks.
