Do you prefer heavy appetizers or buffet stations for dinner?

Buffet. Heavy apps are never really enough... and besides I dont like having to balance a drink in one hand and a tiny plate in the other while I try to gracefully take a bite and talk to people. Its ok for a few apps and mingling during the tail hour, but not all night... if Im going to eat a meal Id like to sit down thank you.
