Has anyone had these symptoms and had negative results?

i have posted similar questions but no one seems to give a proper answer or i get some sarky people. in january i had light bleeding, one at the begininng of the month and one at the end, it was spotting and could only see when i wiped, i do remember wanting to eat alot then, in early febuary i noticed my were sore at the base and i started getting back ache, i when to the doctor and had a urine test done, it came back negative, as the month progressed the pain in my made its way towards the and i started getting heartburn and more backache and headaches, now my usually dont have any feeling in them what so ever, weird i know but anyway, the past month my s feel fuller and heavier and my are red sometimes and the aroela is darker than usual, i have had spotting this month with no pain, that lasted 2-3 days and wasent always when i wiped, my sense of smell has intensified, for instance last night my partner walked in the bedroom from the bathroom (bedroom is at the front of the house and bathroom is at the back of the house) and i could smell that he had used listerine. ive had dizziness, frequent urination and constipation, for the last 3 weeks i have been feeling what feels like little ripples of bubbles with no gas before or after my waist line has increased because i can no longer fastern my trousers. i do have pcos and have been trieng for a baby and was told in december i had a healthy folicle so started trieng, i didnt think much about it in january because at the time i was helping my friend decorate her new home but in febuary when the sore came way after the last bleed and no period due yet i whent to the doctor, she looked at me as if i was crazy. i havent done a test since. i feel sick after eating at night and get constipation really bad at night. i keep telling myself that im not pregnant but things just keep popping up and i dont know what to believe. im not going back to my doctor cos im sick of her treating me like im weird when im not, is it tyoical to get these symptoms along with pcos (ive been diagnosed since 17 am now 24) ive nearly always sufferd wih bloating and flattening of the stomach but it aint going down now and i am doing alot more now than i did before. if anyone has had these symptoms or feelings and found out the outcome please let me know, my doctor is a bag of crap and need toget a new one but any insight in the meantime would be helpfull, and dont start it off with take a test, i know i should take a test but i dont want to untill im certian in my head
