In ice hockey, what is the best way to check the puck-carrier into the boards? I'm a "2-way" player, as I revert from Center to Defense (Big change, huh?) every once in a while, and I've found myself checking players with my hands up near my chest and hitting into them that way. However, a lot of the other players check using their shoulder, so just a simple question- What's more effective for you?
