Is the President doing a good job?

Please no partisan nonsense. Can you reference any legitimate source that can in any measurable way prove he is doing a good job? I.E. Stock market now vs. when he was elected? Less troops in harms way now or at election? Employment level now or at election? Whatever, just meaningful and measurable.
