Postcards From Latin America Project?

For a school project we need to imagine that we are traveling in and experiencing Latin America. We need to make and "send" our teacher 4 different postcards from four different countries. We need to fill 4 criteria... Culture, Leader, Wildlife, and Physical Features.. please help. if you could tell me the place or person and a little about it that would be awesome. THANKS!!!
