What is the name of the cheese served with nachos in PVR?

I always have to spend a lot for the tickets in PVR just for the heck of eating those yummy nachos. I would like to know the brand name of the cheese served. One of my friends told me that it is mayonnaise. It is pale yellow in color. I tried my hard to find the name but could not succeed. Pls Help...!!!!!
