Will there ever be a pitcher that throws a 105mph fastball?

30-40 years ago, if a pitcher threw a 98mph fastball, he threw as hard as anyone. Today, if a pitcher throws a 98 mph fastball, he throws as hard as anyone. Golfers hit the ball further now than ever before. I know it's because of the advancement of club technology. Football players are bigger and faster than ever before. Runners are bigger and faster than ever before.Every sport has made huge progress, as far as the athletic ability of it's players. Not pitchers though. Why? Will it ever happen?
