Casio water resistant watch questions.?

I bought a new Casio 100m water resistant watch which also says that it is 10 bar, and its number is mtp 3036 http://www.mrwatch.com/thumbs/MTP3036A2AV-500-500.jpg <--- and this is a image of my watch so that you can have a better idea on it, anyway I was wondering since it says 100m water resistant 10 bar, I wonder if I can wear it while swimming or taking a shower. I also want to know how deep it can go if it is able to go under water. Please help me :P Thank You !
