Omfg Im FREAKING OUT pls someone help! :(?

So today, I started my period...and I get *horrible* cramps, so I asked my friend if she has midol, but she didnt, so I asked another one, and she had excedrin..I knew it was a pain reliever so I said that I would take some. She gave me two pills and i swallowed them both. I didn't know that each contained 250 mg until after she told me. Right now, I feel like throwing up, Im dizzy, Im sleep but can't sleep :(, and I have abdominal pain. Im not sure if I overdosed or not! What do I do?!?! Please help me out! :'( I dont wanna die...
