Help me choose liquors for my bar.?

you should have wells for all of the above. I would then carry Bacardi Rum and Captain Morgan's Rum. I would then carry Jack Daniels and Jim Beam. Then a single malt scotch (such as Glenlivet) and a blended scotch, maybe Chivas. I would then have two gins, Tanqueray and Beefeater. For vodkas, I would carry Grey Goose and Absolut. That should be a good start for you.
