I have 4x 10 month old withers and I need help with winter feeding sugestions?

If you ever had a child with cholic, you'll know what I'm going through! Sheer panic, the more the goats panic the more I am panicking and I've lost control.The summer was easy, they have over an acre to graze and I just kept the water fresh and gave them a treat once a day, (that is a prepacked goat feed from my local feed mill, it's sweet oats).. But I can't get it right at the moment. We have 18 inches of snow....I am giving them the mill mix, plus oats at 4pm(about a coffee mug full each and about one third of a bale of hay during the day split between AM/PM. But they are going berserk. I also gave them a goat mineral block. It lasted less than 2 weeks they all grabbed a bite as they went by.I don't know if I am over doing it or under doing it...I need the help of some one who knows...please and as soon as possible.
