Fantasy Kicker help week 16?

I have two kicker to chose from, Robbie Gould of the bears and Matt stover of the ravens. I think the ravens will stall in the redzone and stover has a better chance of getting FG's vs a tough D in Dallas which Killed eli last week, this may be in store with flacco. Robbie gould is a tossup, but i like stover more, please give advice, thanks :)
