My husband and I are driving up the Pacific Coast from San Francisco to Seattle. Neither of us have been. We both love camping and I really want to see the redwood trees and the Hoh Rainforest in Oregon. We plan on eating at hole in the wall places and camping/hiking. etc. Also, the husband wants to surf. Any suggestions on any of this would be awesome. Thanks!

First off its good that you got gear that you are comfortable with. it will make riding way better. The board is a rocker so its good for a starter its lighter and you got more mobility. For bindings there are many kinds Union, Forum, Burton, and Raiden. Here are a few bindings. I havent really tried any of them myself but I heard that Raiden are very comfortable and absorbs landing very well. Hope that helps at all.

Suzuki SV650S ignition/starting problem.?

Check the safety switch on your clutch lever. This feature is there to make sure the starter won't crank while the clutch is engaged (and subsequently roll your bike into something) You'll see where the wire plugs in near your lever. When the bike starts acting up again move the clutch lever a just a hair forward or backward while your running your starter motor. As SV's age in years this part takes a lot of abuse and will show the symptoms you described. I thought at first when my bike would sometimes start/sometimes not it had to be the starter relay too. After I bought the new one and swapped out the old one the problem was still there. I traced it back to the clutch safety switch.

A lot of times, the doctor is just looking to see if the child CAN gain weight, just to try to rule out a medical issues that may need treatment. It is not that the low weight in and of itself is a medical concern, but it could be something more serious, and the low weight is a symptom of that. So, if your son does gain weight on teh high fat/calorie diet, then likely all is fine, but the doctor probably needs to know that, just to rule out other things. I would follow the doctors' advice. A high fat diet in someone as young as your child is not going to make him fat later in life, and the doctor needs to know if he can gain weight.

First off, don't complement the author or the work in your thesis. Second, the book's themes are obviously vital in developing the novel. (If you are going to keep that part, it should "book's.") My AP English Language and Composition teacher told us to list it out, so I'd keep that. (Considering that all but one of us got fives, I'd say that she knew what she was talking about. [The person who didn't get a five, got a four.]) This sentence, though, implies that you're going to tell us why these things are important, while the summary of your paper says you're explaining them. I would change it to "Oscar Wilde uses imagery, syntax, paradoxes, and symbols to develop the novel's themes of..." and then say whatever the themes are.

Doing Taxes: Why is our total rebate roughly the same as when I was single?

I've been doing my own taxes for a couple years on Turbotax. This year though I got married. I already had a child going into marriage which I have 100% of the time. I did our taxes, but haven't finalized the filing because I think I may be incorrectly figuring it. Together (roughly 44,000 income combined) we are still only qualifying for the same amount of money back that I reasonably would have gotten alone. I am wondering why this is, and if we could benefit from filing seperate instead of jointly. How can I figure out my "share" since most of these deductions come from my qualifications (child, childcare)? If I start my Turbotax file from the beginning and change the filing status will it save the other work I've already put into this thing?

I had the Playstation search for media servers so it's connected to Windows Media Player the only problem it is that it only recognized the default songs that were already installed on the player but its not even bringing up any of my other songs I downloaded onto WMP library. I had the flu for 2 or 3 days, and first I had a fever and sore throat, then I was nauseous and dizzy, but this morning I woke up to a very sore throat and coughing. It depends on your family upbringing. I have relatives that are very religious and it just so happens that they had it better than many of the nonbelievers. Then again I know families that aren't religious at all and they do just fine. In our family we weren't pushed hard on religion, it was a choice. My father thinks the bible is a book of facts while I tend to think that the fear of death and the human element created most of it. My personal take is that religion [which ever faith you choose] is good for the people that need guidance, for the rest of us it is nonsense. My version of God wouldn't let millions of people starve and he would have hundreds of religions conflicting the possibility of our survival. It is humans that are screwing everything up. Just maybe we had it all wrong from the beginning. Maybe the best religion hasn't been harnessed yet, because the world is really an unfair screwed up place.

Danny, I was truly touched by your story. Although I may not be able to fully help your situation, I truly want to try. I really admire your morals, like saving yourself for marriage, and I feel much sympathy for you relationship with your parents. One thing you could try is to really think about your friends. Think about what they do for you, what you do for them, how you depend on them, what you would do without them, etc. If you take a step back and think about your life with perspective, you might be surprised at how many people love you. Love isn't always shown in hugging, kissing, and physical affection (though those are very helpful in establishing a relationship) but in the things you do for one another. Some parents aren't as visible in this affection. It's not even uncommon for a parent to not feel love for their child. But I do believe you WILL find someone eventually, but I don't think this needs to be an immediate change. Take baby steps, don't listen to your friends in this department. Do you go to a church? If you do, get involved in a small group if its available. If it's not, find a church that does have small groups. I'm in one myself, and you would not believe the love you receive from you fellow mates and God. You might even find a girl. Also, seeing a counseling psychologist would be appropriate in your situation. (That's what I plan on majoring in.) I'm very sorry I couldn't be of more help. You will be in my prayers.

So the ultimate question IS, is THIS what we really "signed up for" when we invaded Iraq... -Or is it a nightmarish "mistake" our current President made, & WE'RE stuck holding the "Bag" labelled-"Iraq" ?! And the consequences for us STAYING- are unpleasant. Taxes will have to be raised to support the war & the rebuilding of Iraq; a National Draft will have to be set up to rebuild AND replace some of our troops in Iraq. The Countrys surrounding Iraq are NOT going to be very happy about us staying in Iraq- so we're going to have ongoing problems dealing with THEM... And what about the "terrorists" that are training around the Middle East even NOW?- Do you think they're going to "sit on their hands" -while we're "fixing" Iraq??! ... YES! i found that this happened to me too. I have not been on it nearly long enough to build up a tolerance to it and it does not work as well anymore. I cant take it very much at all now because the side effects are worse than the anxiety. i cant take it if i need to be able function. i cant drive or do anything that requires large mental capacity becasue it makes me so drowsy. But when i was first prescribed it, it worked well and did not make me that drowsy.

Why do i still feel like ****?

my nephew was killed october 24, 2009 by a guy that he trusted and he even got in the car with him and he doesnt do that with anybody but somebody he doesnt trust.He was 20 years old and im 16 and he was like a big brother to me and i took it pretty hard and it still feels like the first time they told me. With the wonderful people with their mive range of personalities, life stories, isolation and forgotten family and friends I have seen and heard from in Seniors I have begun to miss the long letters to an fro that was the norm. Do others feel this is missing from their lives? You know the ones where it would take 1-2 or more pages to share their news and stories. Yahoo and others have their place, but nothing can replace the joy and relaxation of opening a real letter, sitting down and sharing special times. On thinking about it I sadly believe it must be years since I did.

Has anyone had these symptoms and had negative results?

My baby is 4 months old and up until just recently he was sleeping pretty much through the night and generally a very happy baby. When i come to a stop my fuel gauge goes down to E and the car dies?

The car runs fine while driving and the gauge will read like 1/2 a tank or whatever its at and then as u slow down it drops till u come to a complete stop it reaches E and the car dies. What could be the problem? If you are stopped and the car is in park though it will idle fine and stay running for as long as you sit there but if u dont go as soon as u put it in drive it dies. It was doing this much worse, dying more often, untill we replaced a coolant sensor but that didnt fix the problem completly. This is in a 91 Saturn SC autotomatic 4 cyl. we had a test ran on it awhile back and they told us the fuel is running to rich. dunno if its connected with this problem or not.

Well..when I was a teenager I was told that there was a 95% chance that I would never conceive. My endometriosis was so bad, that it would amost be impossible. I met my husband and got married 6 months later, and we decided to not use any protection, and if God wanted to bless us, then it was meant to be. If not, then we would just accept it. I never took any fertility drugs, or anything like that. 4 years later, I got pregnant, and even though I had a very hard pregnancy and alot of medical problems after my c-section, I have a beautiful, healthy 10 month old girl. That's my happy story!!

Long story short, my mom and dad split up 10 years ago because my mom found another man. My dad remarried about 5 years ago. I lived with my mom & stepdad for a few years until money issues forced them to move an hour away from my current school. They both had drug & alcohol issues and were sometimes abusive towards me. My mom kicked me out because she couldn't take me to school anymore so I moved in with my dad. My dad & stepmom were initially very nice to me and still are in a civil kind of way, but ever since their new baby has come along (she's now 2), I feel completely left out. When I spoke to him about it, he promised to play tennis with me every weekend. He promised this for SEVEN consecutive weeks but never got around to it (my stepmom didn't want him to and wanted to do stuff with her and the baby). So then I tried to meet him at his office during the week for dinner once a week, but after we did this once, I overheard him talking to my stepmom that night apologizing for 'having to do this' and would rather spend time with her and the baby and made me feel awful. My dad has resorted to buying me regular presents instead, thanking me for 'not being a hle'. I appreciate the presents, but I sometimes feel like they are being used because my dad hates spending time with me and just wants to placate me. I want your opinions! I want to see more of my dad, but maybe he just sees me as an obligation intruding in his life and is giving me presents to shut me up. What are your thoughts? How do I see more of my dad? Or maybe I shouldn't want to see more of my dad because he doesn't love me anymore?

On any given Sunday, against any other team...both the Saints and Colts could have turned the ball over as many as three times and still win the game by 20 points! But in a matchup like the one we saw tonight, just one turnover would definitely cost either team at the end. The Colts had two! Yes the onside kick recovered by the Saints is a turnover and was really more important than the 'pick' thrown by Manning late in the fourth. It changed the momentum of the game immensely. But the interception was number one not a bad throw as much as it was a great play by Porter. The Saints knew Manning was going to have to make some plays to be in the position to win the ballgame. N.O.'s defense simply played the situation and made a very big play to secure the win. The timing on the interception was really something and takes much more than it seems to execute such a play. But I surely saw no choking....did you?

Frey is completely right in what they've said, I'd suggest opening a credit card account with the bank that you've got a debit card with at the moment as they'll know you and be most likely to give you one. Talk to the bank manager there about the best way of building up credit, but it may be a case of taking some time to open a card with them, spending money on the credit card and paying it back before you have to pay interest on it.

Can fly bites cause sore muscles?

Yesterday i was at the tennis courts and i remember a fly biting me, when i tried to kill it, it flew off my leg. Then it just kept coming back to pester me. This morning I woke up will muscle cramps on my legs, thighs, and hands. (usually near joints). I could not go to tennis practice because of it. I dont know but it seems like my muscles are swollen and the area i remember being bitten is swollen too like a mosquito bite and i dont even remember scratching! Do you have to do anything? If you say that 'emo' describes you accurately, then just be emo. You're a teenager, so there's nothing wrong with that (just remember to grow out of it later... trust me). If it annoys you then you can either find a way to 'make fun' of your friends in the same way (if it is a joke as you say), or just tell them straight out that you don't like being made fun of. Don't be aggressive about it. Also try not to give them any fuel to work with - by saying something like "just writing some lyrics" you are walking into a situation where they can easily make fun of you. Just leave it as "nothing much" and ask them what they're doing instead. You can still LOOK emo without being overdramatic about the connotations, if you want.

Biscuit and Gravy as Chihuahua Names?

My husband and I are adopting two male chihuahua puppies in 4 days. We had decided to name them Biscuit and Gravy because one is white and tan colored, like a biscuit, and the other is a gray Merle with black and white spots, kind of like gravy. Lay ceramic tile over damaged green sheetrock around bathroom tub wall? The green paper peeled off.?

When I removed the old wall tile, the green paper peeled off leaving the brown cardboard like stuff exposed. If I tile right over that, will my tiles just fall off since there is no moisture barrier and mastic is wet? Plus the steam from the tub/shower. What's the solution? I hope I don't have to replace the sheetrock! Can I just cover it with drywall patch (mastic), let it dry then tile over that?
